standard panels are one of our main products for exporting.

Both hot rolled flat bar (higher cost, better mechanical ability and smooth edge) and slitted flat bar(lower cost, shark edge) are widely used to produce standard panels for further processing in customer’s workshops. Both can be made in flat or serrated on one side

We are also developing cold rolled flat bar from slitted bar, which has better mechanical ability, medium cost and accurate tolerance.

Materials can be according to Q235, A36, S235JR or equivalent. However, China standard Q235 is widely used with low cost and quality stability.

To ensure quality stable, most of standard grating panels will be processed by pressure welding machine made by Wuxi Weihua Electric Welding Manufacture Co.Ltd. Who is the first and reputable manufacturer in this industry.
